Maintenance Manager - Start Date Sept 2018
This is a full time permanent position and candidates should have experience in maintenance management which requires you :
  • assure safety for tenants notifying landlords and ensuring inspections and maintenance are within legislative requirements
  • appoint qualified persons to undertake works and report to landlords.
  • communicate regularly and routinely with client landlords and tenants, with regards to maintenance and repairs updating them on progress.
  • maintain a company maintenance diary and records and control access to keys.
  • Communication with client landlords, contractors and tenants regarding all aspects of their maintenance requirements and undertakings
  • liaise with insurance companies and loss adjustors with respect to client claims
  • The successful candidate will be work-time organised, self motivated and capable of working with a minimum of supervision

Driving License essential for consideration for the role.

Property Manager - Start Date Sept 2018
This is a full time permanent position and candidates should have experience in lettings management which includes :
  • Tenancy management from introduction to entry
  • Ability to undertake property visits, generation and check inventories and undertake check-outs
  • The successful candidate will be work-time organised, self motivated and capable of working with a minimum of supervision

Driving License essential and either NFoPP/Propertymark or Letwell/CIH qualifications are important for consideration within this role.
